I called in and found the panel lifter was available. When I arrived, it was set out waiting for me. The lifter was clean, well-maintained, and operated without any problems - the cable was not frayed or twisty or kinked, the stopper worked correctly and the wheels allowed it to be easily moved from place to place. The price charged was competitive and reasonable for the equipment and the length of time I used it.
