I stopped by their shop to schedule an appointment to repair my car because it is close to my home and on the way to work. They were booked for almost a month, but I appreciate that honesty because I don't want to schedule multiple appointments. I was able to drop off my car early in the morning on the day of the appointment so my husband could drive me to work. Because they already had my VIN number in their system, they were able to order the parts and have them delivered in advance, repairs took half a day. They called me prior to making repairs to give me an estimate of the cost and immediately offered to do the job in two appointments in two months if I needed to spread the cost out over time. Fortunately, I was prepared to spend much more than they quoted.
