We had a basement flooding emergency, and Alex was incredibly responsive (I think he was at our house in 5 minutes!) He immediately jumped into action, discovered our floor drain was clogged, and worked quickly to get the standing water out of the basement. He was very professional, calm, understanding, and knowledgeable during a very high stress situation. He will be first on my call list moving forward. Thank you so much, Alex!
