The explanation of the MRI on my back and neck was not all what had been told me by my main doctors in a totally different State before I moved to WY. Dr. Neal made it sound like it was simply arthritis and that was it. When previous MRI's and CT scans I had had in my possession for years showed I had bulging disks, etc. I was told I needed to see another doctor who would provide me with injections to ease the pain. Then I was asked if I ever had numbness in my hands, I replied truthfully yes, I did indeed did. Next thing I knew I was taken down the hall to a different room and a girl performed tests on my wrists with a machine that sorta sent little electrical shocks thru them. I asked for this was for and she said Carpal Tunnel. Next thing I knew, Dr. Neal's husband, William Neal, another Orthopedic doctor came in the room and told me I had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and needed to start wearing braces on my hands at night and they immediately brought two of them into the room and started fitting them on me. But this was not my first encounter with Dr. William Neal at all. In fact my first encounter with him happened at the ER in Jackson Hole, WY about 3 months prior to this, and that is a totally different story, that to this day I cannot even believe took place with him, it was so bizarre!!! I will never, ever go back there and left there truly upset.

Dr. Neal is awesome. We tried everything our local doctors (we live in another state) suggested with no luck. At the suggestion of a good friend, we called Dr Neal, who practices in another state, for advice. The office requested all the medical recodrs we had and set up a phone consultation so our daughter could speak with Dr. Neal. After talking with our daughter and reviewing the records, Dr. Neal reccommended surgery. The amazing thing was she offered to help us find a doctor in our state so our daughter didn't have to travel or miss school. We decided to have Dr Neal do the surgery. We went to Wyoming for Dr Neal to evaluate our daughter in person before doing surgery. Dr Neal was thourough and very honest with the potential problems associated with this type of surgery on a young adult. Fast forward one year....Our daughter is doing awesome. She is participating in sports again and has no pain. During the recovery Dr Neal was worked with our local Doctors and physical therapist to ensure success of the operation and was amazing with follow up calls to make sure our daughter recovered completely.
