Grand Teton Property Management company rented us our new home. The whole process was plagued with problems. Firstly, the house was incredible dirty. GTPM hired a cleaning service, which they billed to the former clients. The cleaners didn’t bring any equipment, or products when they showed up. The house was exactly the same when we took possession (disgusting). No one from GTPM checked on the condition. The carpets were not cleaned, as dictated in our lease. I set up a carpet cleaning before we moved in. Because the carpet cleaners needed a key to get in, GTPM claimed we took possession of the house that day. Therefore we were charged from that day forward. The house needed much work. Issues that needed to be addressed immediately. Two doors broken (not locking or closing properly), fire place flutes open, broken windows, disposal broken… keep in mind it was -15 during this time when our front door kept blowing open. They sent an elderly gentleman to fix some of the issues. He broke more than he fixed. He left sink parts in my 2yr bathroom. It took my husband a day and a half to repair all the maintenance man’s “fixes”. Needless to say, we are STILL waiting for a fix on all of these issues. It’s been two months. To sum up things, GTPM staff is extremely rude as well as incompetent.
