I went to file a claim on my damaged car and was immediately helped. I was advised by the agent to get an estimate before the claim was made. After the estimate the agent promptly filed the claim for me, gathered all the necessary info, and advised me that someone would be in contact if they had any further questions. I received one call from the main claims office, advised what I would be responsible for, my deductible, and given a claim # and phone # for any other questions. Quick, easy, painless, and professional. Thanks!
