Description of Work: I hired Bill Robinson to replace all my water lines from my riser to my faucets. Paid him $2,500 cash. The job was half done.Tried to get him to finish to no avail. He finally told me it was not his problem. I will be seeing them in court soon! What a scammer. Took my money and ran. Runs business under different names, such as Rodgers Excavation and many others. Do yourself a favor and run as fast away from this businesses as he did the job at my house.

All of the above was done fine, until he got to the washer hose bib. There he apparently didn't have a whole lot of experience with copper lines. He got them too hot, and since they were next to the wall studs, he had the wood smoldering. Having had to turn the main water off, my husband had to hand the plumber bottles of water to keep the wood from igniting. The plumber worked by himself for 6.5 hours on day one, and 7.0 hours on day two, mostly on the washer hose bib. We were without hot water for five days until we could get another plumber in to install the washer box and pipe and get the hot water reconnected. Our experience with the plumber was an F, however I gave the company Cs because the owner tried to make it right with the bill. He marked id down from $1118 to $529 and then down to the final $278 for the parts and the labor on the things that worked. I fault the business owner for not supervising the plumber and not providing a helper, and I fault the plumber for not calling in help with the copper line. We ended up calling in another plumber to install the washer box and pipe, which took them two hours to do the same work.
Description of Work: Plumber was to fix the water line to the refrigerator and the swamp cooler; install the strainer in the kitchen sink; hook up dishwasher; replace hose bib for washer.

Robinson's was doing repair work on a house we were set to close on. When we closed on the loan and entered the house we noticed cigarette ashes and a cigarette burn on the carpet near the toilet that was to be repaired (the ashes and burn was not there two days prior). The company left a truck full of garbage to be cleaned up and when I called the company to have the garbage removed it was never removed. Robinson's would not answer my phone calls or return my message. I called around 15 times and they refused to answer the phone. A month later the patch work the company did on the pipes came loose and had to be re done. Also, all of the toilets that have been worked on leak liquid (probably sewage) from the base of the toilet. Worst plumbers in Green River, WY
Description of Work: The company was to repair toilets and water lines that had froze
