BRADY'S AUTO BODY SHOP

It took three weeks to get my car back.  When I finally got it there was white paint on my car (mine is green).  Had to turn around and have them take the white paint off.  Drove home and realized one of the necessary repairs, the air conditioner, was not fixed.  Went back again to the shop and let the mechanics know.  I told them that I told the owner  their was a hole in the main hose to the air conditioner.  The mechanic said he was not informed of that.  So he charged the air conditioner and it was fine.  How it could be fine when their was a hole I will never understand.  They tried to charge it again, all the while I kept telling them there was a hole in the hose.  Their response, "it's probably not the hose, you probably had a component go out.  Why don't you leave the car here and we'll see what needs to be done".  While I waiting for my ride to show up, a mechanic came over to me and stated he found the hole in the hose that I said was there.  REALLY???  I hope the reason they didn't believe me was not because I'm a woman.  It took another day to get my car back.
