First let me say this little office just opened last spring(2011) and has been under slight construction and been through two secretaries. And that creates bumps for any business but all that aside Agent Tiffany Arns is remarkable!! We were referred to Farm Bureau through a friend at church and we found this local office had just opened full time. Which was great because we really prefer to do business in our own small town. Once we met with Tiffany we noticed how sincere she was in helping us, not just with insurance but with the whole problem we were having. She actually listened and then explained the options and consequences of what we were facing. Unfortunately we had not come to her sooner cause we had already made some mistakes that, turns out we could have avoided. But such is life right? 
    Anyway, through her we met with an attorney who she works with and a realtor who all has been working together to help us fix our situation. It's been 8 months and Tiffany has held our hands through this entire process, most of which she did for free. We have never felt like a "paycheck" walking through her door. (if you know what I mean). She is honest (sometimes brutally..lol in a good way), knowledgable, professional and most of all caring. We feel great calling her for advise on any decision we are about to make financially and she feels like a part of our family. I can't help but hug her even when I run into her at the grocery store...lol I HIGHLY recommend doing business with her. I know we will for years and years to come!
