I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pro Electric on a couple of occasions now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They’re incredibly responsive and efficient. The first time I called, they came out the very same day to assess the job and completed the entire project the next day. The second time I needed their help, they had to special order parts, but they kept me updated throughout the process and installed everything as soon as the parts arrived. Their team is always professional, clean, and friendly. I highly recommend Pro Electric for anyone in need of electrical services!

I paid a premium professional price for amateur results. Was simply looking for a run of an ethernet cord from one room to the next in my house. After 7.5 hours of work, wire mold run across my ceiling, and a $1,500 bill, I am left shell shocked. One of the most disheartening aspects was the complete lack of communication and improper billing from the electricians. I was never made aware that another electrician would be coming over to help and then billed for his hours. I paid for this extra electrician for the full time even though he showed up half an hour later than the first. At the 5 hour mark, I asked about the price of the work and was given a vague "Don't worry about it" answer that suggested it wouldn't be that expensive. If you are going to go with ProElectric, make sure that you have a written quote before hand so you don't get taken to the cleaners. My fault I suppose for trusting a professional to do their job honestly.

Pro Electric installed all exterior electrical systems for the condos (lighting, sprinklers, etc.) and this was a faliure of the photo-sensitive lighting system to work.
