Miller Exteriors

Miller Exterior's price estimate came back well below others and a friend had used him, so I decided to buy through them. The siding and windows LOOK great. I even recommended them to several friends, who ended up purchasing new siding through them. However, in the past 4+ years, I have had serious water leaks through the patio door and 2 bedroom windows. They are all above ground, and only leak during rain. I never had water problems before getting new siding, windows, and doors. The company's owner did the work himself, with some crew, and at first he came back a couple of times to try and figure out why it was leaking. Twice he took all of the siding off that side of the house and went over everything, but could not find anything wrong. We discovered a huge hole in the siding on one side of the deck, so we covered and sealed that, and the water leaks lessened, but are still there. Miller Exteriors has given up trying to find the problem, and has told us that it is now our problem. Also, since it is a townhouse, our neighbor had hers done at the same time so it would match. Hers also leaks now.
