|From cleaning the carpet and showing me how to use it and what to watch out for.  They inspected all aspects of the stove makeing sure it was installed properly and was in perfect working condition, so I did not have to make another appointment they also fixed my garbage disposal within the same visit.  Very informative, helpful and clean

It took a long time to get them to come to the house to get started on the work. They didn't return phone calls when messages were left. The quality of the work is not really the issue we have with them, it's their professionalism, price, and courtesy to customers that is lacking. They are the main plumbing and heating contractor in Gillette, and sometimes it's better to try to do the job yourself than ask them, because they seem not that interested in working on residential requests.

Contractor blocked a cellar door that leads outside with the drain pipe he installed, causing the door to be unusable. Company was called and it took almost two weeks to get someone out to fix his mistake.

We called them out to do a house call for plumbing. We needed the lacks seal re-sealed because we could smell sewer gas. My wife had already taken the toilet off and the guy told her that the wax ring was fine and to just put the toilet back on. I later figured out that when you take the toilet off, you have to replace the wax ring. He did not even that. He only put the toilet back on and charged her $80. I had talked to the owner of the company and he started cussing at me. I told him I wanted my money back or for him to replace the ring. He told me that I have to find the guy who did it myself. The owner did not take responsibility for their employee. They should take off the house call service and just to stick to the new construction. The price for the work was a little high. They do not give you a consultation. I think the price is ridiculous.
