Shannon was responsive to my phone message. Flexible with scheduling an appointment. She arrived on-time, did what she said she was gonna do, and left us with a smile.

While visiting family in Wyoming, I locked myself out of my car. Since this was Thanksgiving weekend, I expected a long wait and a higher charge. Not so, Ms. Dinkel arrived quickly and was very friendly and understanding. She even let me sit in her warm van while she did her work. Ms. Dinkel was very professional, it took her only 5 minutes to get my car opened. She even waited until my car as started, and I was on my way before she left. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I highly recommend Dinkel Lock & Key!!
