They have a vast array of cardio machines, many free standing and weight machines, classes at various times throughout the day. They have several personal trainers, a rock climbing wall, a daycare for little ones while parents are working out and many racquetball courts. They host many recreational sports such as basketball and volleyball. They have huge swimming pools that includes a deep pool, a lazy river and a fun pool with slides. There are two running/walking tracks, one around a full track and field setup that can also be used for indoor tennis or soccer. We paid $495 for a year for both my husband and I during their January promotion-buy a year membership for 15% off. The building is very open and inviting and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
