Alterations/Sewing/Decorating
I had a horrible experience with "Back To The Rack Consignments." In mid- January I brought in two bags of clothing for consignment and was immediately yelled at (from across the store) that the color of bags I had were not the correct color. I was mortified and embarrassed to be singled out like that in front of the whole store! I wrote a letter to the owner to complain about this employee. She did call me, but left no message. So I waited, assuming she would try again. She didn't. I called her to find out what she wanted to say to me, and left a message for her to call me. She didn't. It is now a month later, and she still hasn't apologized for her employee's poor customer relations.
I understand they can require people bring consignments in whatever containers they want, although it would have been nice if they had told me this requirement when I called them before hand. My complaint is this employee's disrespectful treatment towards me, and in addition, the indifference of the owner.
Has anyone else had problems with this business?
I suggest to all "Don't Go Back To The Rack!"
