This outfit, in my opinion , is the perfect example of a storm chaser. They have fake offices located in various cities across the midwest, making them appear to be local.
They had a big song and dance for a selling pitch and I ate it up. Roof leaked the next spring. Literally hundreds of telephone calls made to his 'local number' went unanswered.
Eventually I learned the owner is out of Billings, MT and made contact with him. I told him about the serious water leaks and he said he'd have a worker named 'Lucky' come by with some glue! Lucky never showed up.
Anyways, I eventually hired a lawyer and made All Storm Repair pay for the roof to be re-shingled.
RUN..... don't walk from this outfit!!
