Would call for emergencies as furnace went out several times and would wait forever for the owner to get back ahold of me to get it repaired. Not great customer service when its below zero outside. When i could get ahold of someone at the office i was told that the techs were all out on calls, yet i would see at least 2 of the service vehicles at the local bar almost on a daily basis. When we had the thermostat moved we asked how much it would be, was told around 35.00, so we approved for them to do the work (less than 15 mins of work)... got the bill for 95.00!
