We ordered our hot tub and was told it would be installed before Thanksgiving 2005; it was actually installed on Dec 23, 2005 and when the company brought it, it was the wrong color. Our only choices were to reject it and wait again or just accept the wrong color so we took the color; it was a blue interior rather than a white interior. Eventually we needed a new hot tub cover. On June 23, 2009 I ordered and paid for it. I was told it would be "about 4 weeks" as the owner of the company has them made by another company located in Denver, Colorado. I waited 5 weeks and called to check on the status and was told it was still being made but it would be "next week". I called each week and was told everything from "I'll call and check on that and get back to you" (the staff person never called me back); to "at the end of the week" to "any day this week" to "I'm going to go get them on Saturday" to "They still had one more to make so I'm going on Tuesday". Finally, after Labor Day I was told that the cover was in but would not be delivered "until there was a service call in Rawlins" (Rawlins is a 1 /12 to 1 3/4 hours drive from Casper) and we had initially been told when we ordered the hot tub "Oh, I'm in Rawlins all the time". After three weeks of waiting and still no delivery of our cover; we drove to Casper to pick it up. The cover did not look as thick as our original cover and Jim insisted it was but by then I felt I could not believe anything I was told. He of course refused to refund our money even though this cover would allegedly fit any of the spas he carries. So we took it home and thank goodness it did fit our hot tub and it was the same thickness as our original one. From the date I ordered this cover until I went and picked it up was 3 1/2 months for something that was going to take 4 weeks! I spent almost a third of a year waiting for this cover. I will never deal with the man or his company again because they are not direct and honest in the amount of time it will take them to deliver the product or service.
