It did not go well. He would show up late. We were working on hours so he could work on mine in between jobs, but he would come on weekends and say one time but be two or more hours later. One night I couldn't even stay in my house. Grumbled a lot about not realizing it was the job it was when everything was exposed when he looked and quoted. There were no surprises. The quality of work passed inspection but the inspector said just barely. I'm dealing with leaks on the new plumbing. Had a huge mess to clean up. They even had a gyser in my kitchen when they turned the water back on to the meter and got everything in the kitchen wet. Didn't stick to the quote. Didn't give a scope of work to begin with and when I wrote one up, he got very very angry.

Brandon was terrific. He answered any questions I had, pulled all permits, talked about various options, and even explained things to me. Plus he's, working on my schedule, as my dad and I have been putting in the floor joists in the garage to raise the floor to the same level as rest of house. He's okay doing it in stages with us.
