Ron inspected our roof quickly. The damage was minimal but he made some immediate repairs to ensure we didn't have any leaks or further damage. He worked closely with the manufacturer and the insurance companies throughout the process. It took a while because it was fire damage and the manufacturer had to determine how much to replace to protect our warranty. Once they made a determination, Ron replaced the front of our roof quickly and professionally. I have hired him for many other rental properties I manage and his company is always fast, professional, and well priced.

Our roof was installed by Sprague in 2014. In the fall of 2015 it was damaged when the building next door burned down.

Brenda & her crew arrived and began work. Even with a small rain delay, the job was finished in two days. Clean up was done perfectly. The crew also put up a piece of gutter that was off, cleaned all the gutters out. They were awesome!!

professionalThey showed up at 7:00 am, and didn't leave until the job was done, at about 7:00 pm. They found out that I needed to have a plywood layer put down under the new shingles to meet city code, and even doing that, they still finished in one day. They were very professional in answering any questions I had. They were glad to do any extras I asked of them. The cleanup was great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a new roof. They did all the communicating with the insurance company for me, concerning the added plywood underlayment. Did a great job.

Sprague sent the crew leader out a week prior to scope the job. A few days later they dropped off the materials. The morning they started, they showed up with the entire crew and went right to work. I never saw anyone slacking off and it was literally like a hurricane the way they worked! It was a big crew and they completed the job fast, but professionally. They finished it faster than expected and cleaned up without leaving a trace of material or trash around the entire building. When it was all done, Ron came back for the final inspection and to ensure everything met my satisfaction. When I contracted the work, it was only for the main building. But on the last day they surprised me by roofing my 10' x 12' shed to match the main house, without me even asking! Great customer service. I appreciate that I can reach them on the phone, they answer emails, they do professional work, and they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Their prices are slightly higher, but I feel the speed, quality, and responsiveness are all worth it.

New company in town so they may have been trying to impress but, I found them very easy to work with. Always returned my calls within 24hrs and worked with my insurance company on estimate/cost. Original estimate was a little higher than established local roofers but they adjusted when the insurance company claim came in. It was only a small roof but the were done in one day, no wandering off to another job and then back for a day as some will do. Crew was friendly and answered all my questions about what was going on and why. Cleaned up after themselves very well. All in all a pleasant experience and the roof looks great! The main thing about the whole experience was that they were professional, fast and they called me back! I had to hound the locals for even an estimate (one just blew me off even with repeated requests) and then they could only schedule me for next spring. Really? That's not good service.
