"This customer hired two guys to install a sprinkler system ar her rental house. The guys came to me for help and to purchase the supplies for the job. They didn't know what they were doing and messed up the entire job. This customer wanted me to drop everything and fix it for her. I told her we would have to start over with a brand new sprinkler system because it is so bad. She was angry and wanted me to not only fix it for her, but wanted me to do it cheaply. I did go to her house several times for free but there was no pleasing her. We finally stopped returning her calls."
