I could not have asked for a better job. Merle is a great person as well as an excellent plumbing contractor.

I got the same water heater that they worked on 6 years ago. Pretty good I will say. I used them cause I have known them for years. We use to work for the same company, when we were both coming up in this business. For years because he is reliable. I don't know what other people charge. All I know is what they charge.I don't use anybody else. I don't care what anybody else charges. He evidently uses good parts because they are still working.

Merle is very professional, he has a great personality and is very easy to work with. He is punctual, he gets the job done in a timely manner and he does a great job! I highly recommend his services.

On all occasions, Nielsen was very responsive, handled their communications professionally, did what they said they would do WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT and completed their work without any problems. I had them work on time and materials and feel that I was always fairly charged. Cody desperately needs more reputable trades people like Nielsen.
