After a couple of false starts, two summers, and a ferocious wind storm or two (typical of Cody), we were able to make arrangements for the crew to come trim our 100+ year old tree.  The timing took a little doing, as they called us one day and stated they could come "today" if that was okay.  We were out of town and more notice would have been nice.  Otherwise, they came at the date and time previously agreed on.
As we had new concrete poured earlier that summer, we did not want the heavy equipment on the new driveway, which is directly under the tree.  They were very conscientious about the situation, asked to get permission to work from the neighbor's side of the tree and agreed to come when one of us were able to be home for the job. 
The cleanup went well, and all large branches were removed.  There were a few small left, but not many and were easily raked up.
This is a very busy company, but the wait was worth it.  They usually offer a spring discount in the paper, and have called to check with us if we weren't able to make a firm appointment just yet. 
We recommend this business and will be using them again next spring.

We had a bad wind and it split a limb on my big tree.  I called him and he came out to look at it and then he was supposed to do the cutting and I told him I wanted to be there before they did any cutting.  I came home there were big chunks of wood laying in my front yard and they had severed one of the big limbs that never needed to be cut down.  I called him and he was supposed to come out and see me, and he never came back and they just kept sending me bills.  I told them I would not pay the bills and I would take them to court. 

The tree is ruined and they ruined it for at least the next five years. I had to call another tree service to fix it.  I will never use them again!
