Showed up, asked what was wrong with the microwave. Said it could be one of two possible things. The first would cost three hundred for the parts, which if that did not fix the problem, then I would have to pay another four hundred for what ever step two was. The was a 75% chance that this would not work, but that was my issue. The parts belonged to me. He wanted his labor fee up front.
My wife asked him to trouble- shoot the micro wave to get a feel for what parts might be required. The repair man said the longer he worked on the microwave the more the labor costs would be. At this time he was at the house for approximately 15 minutes. He did not know how to take the micro wave door apart to a**** what repair parts might be needed.
We thanked him, paid his $60.00 fee for showing up at the house then deleted his number from our phone
