Efficiently and timely.

Wonderful.  The crew was there as promised. Courteous, professional, efficient, clean.  Each team went their separate ways, crawl space, attic, walls.  Drop cloths and tarps were used to protect the floors and furniture.  They were so efficient.  Job was finished and all was cleaned up by mid afternoon and I could feel the temperature difference with in hours of completion.  I highly recommend Ward Insurlation.

Ward's crew showed up at the agreed upon time, got to work quickly and finished in a couple of hours. They took care to protect the floors and put fans in the basement windows to vent the fumes from the foam they used to seal the crawl space. They were courteous, professional and efficient, and Carter also explained the rebates available for the work through the local power company.

Carter Ward was on time, professional and performed the job as he had advised us. Besides, he's a likeable young man!

Ward's employees showed as schedules ( on time). Floor covering to pressure flooring.  Completed job as a staff and cleaned up after job was completed.

We had it checked by plumbers for heating issues, etc, but Ward Insulation went the extra mile and checked the attic above and other related possibilities relating to the issue. He not only shared his findings, but showed us where why and how our insulation was not doing the job. He gave us some options, including having a thermal scan done by an outside party -of the entire house, every window, etc- that was very interesting and informative. We were informed of the rebates for the fixes we were eligible for (he didn't have to do that) and now we have an appointment to upgrade our insulation to save money and increase the comfort in our home. We should have done this years ago! We would recommend Ward Insulation to anyone!

crew was on time, neat clean and polite.  did a great job on installation and clean-up.  had one small issue that the owner addressed immediately the next day.  we were so pleased we are having them back to do the garage this week!

Carter Ward is incredibly helpful and runs a great business. He told us about a rebate program through our utility company that we did not know about and helped get the paperwork submitted too. His bid was similar to another one we received and he was consistently punctual, responsive and professional... and a nice guy too!
