The normal Vet was not there. I have a cat that is 10 - 11 years old with numerous medical issues. I brought my cat's entire medical history (9 pages) I don't think the Substitute Vet read the history and only did a cursory exam. I explained to her all of her problems my cat has and that she is not doing very well right now but she did not take any blood or take a urine sample even though she has a BAD history of UTI's. I was not happy about it. I will go back only because all the other reviews were so positive and I did not have the normal Vet.

There is nothing I dislike. They have a vet and Dr. Troy is his name. He seems pretty knowledgeable. I have a dog with autoimmune blood disease so it was important for me to find a good vet. Their service and professionalism is great. They just seem very knowledgeable and in-tune. I go to their facility, and so far, I have not had to wait for an appointment. They are on-time.

Dr. Thompson cares about animals you can tell that without trying. I think if he could do this for free he would. You know him and his whole staff cares about you as a family not just money.

The procedure and follow-ups went fine. The sutures dissolved and Levi wore an e-collar until it was all healed, which was about three weeks.
Dr Thompson is a caring veterinarian who isn't afraid to refer you to the CSU Vet Hospital if your dog has something he can't handle in that office, such as a malignant mouth tumor. We took all of our dogs to Tri-State Veterinary Clinic, from 2002 until we moved from Cheyenne in 2010.
