Mike looks over every detail and no matter how small or seemingly insignificant it may seem he pointed it out to us and made documentation of it in his report so that we have the full picture/situation at hand. He also points out different things around the home that the homeowner will need to do to maintain the home-things some people may or may not know. Mike is very knowledgeable in his field, he's punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with.
