To the extent they actually DID anything, it was done well. However it often took several calls and return visits because every week it was done differently. It was as though someone else was doing it and there were no instructions or messages shared. I don't know if this was the case because I was not home during the time services were performed. However I spoke with the scheduler various times and she assured me she gave everyone instructions on the work orders. Some weeks they would trim, others not. Some weeks they would do the area around the garage, most not. It was always something. When I called to question they would always send someone back but that became a pain. Also I could NEVER over the entire summer get them to clean up my brick patio or trim the saplings on my trees in spite of this being one of my major requests at the very beginning and almost weekly thereafter. Each time I was told it would be done on the next visit. It never was. I did not expect them to do this as part of the negotiated fee for mowing and I mentioned that every time. I knew it was extra and I would pay for the services. I have no idea why it was not done. Today we finally parted company. In short they were very unreliable and unprofessional.

They lost out on business.

I got this provider because my neighbor had a not so good experience with someone who was not showing up for appointments for power raking. My neighbor got this provider out of Trader's publication and they showed up an hour after he called.
I didn't want power raking but needed aeration, spoke to the owner Bob and set up an appointment Saturday morning for aeration for myself and a neighbor. He checked out our small yards and gave us a very fair price to have the work done.
He showed up on time between 9:30AM-10:00AM when he said he would. He had a crew of about 3 and got the work done in about 45 minutes. They not only aerated, but also cleaned up plugs from the sidewalks.
This company also does mowing, sprinklers and other maitaninence. I am planning on doing some minor garden stuff and need to have some sprinklers move or changed around and I will call him for an estimate when I am ready for the work.

Bob, the owner was very congenial and professional which is nice. Some of these lawn people come and work and don't say a word, collect their money and leave.
All 3 of my neighbors decided that he will be our go to man for lawn chores in the future.

They do cost twice as much as the previous co.

This excellent company does our lawn care and snow removal. We are very pleased with their service. They are indeed professional, meticulous and thorough. We strongly recommend them for these services. This is our second year for snow removal and we had them for lan care the entire summer.
