This business was referred to me by a neighbor.   I've used this company a few times and they've always been very pleasant to deal with.   The owner is a wonderful older man who truly takes pride in his work and customer satisfaction.   We weren't 100% satisfied with the results of the seeding.  As if reading my mind, one day while the owner was in our area, he stopped by to chat with us after seeing us outside.  He proceeded to look around and stated that he too was unhappy with the results,  He then offered to come back out at a reduced cost next growing season if we wanted.  

When my husband deployed to war, I had a sprinkler break.  I called this gentleman to come out for a fix.  He explained to me that he would like to save me some money and proceeded to inform me of how to fix it myself if I was willing.  He did reassure me that he would come out, but was confident that I could fix it myself.  He walked me through it step by step and even told me to call him right back if I ran into a problem.  WOW--he was right, I DID fix it myself and it was a piece of cake!  I will forever send my business to this company just because they took the time to help me without anything in return.

Okay, so I said I would forever give this company my business--I was wrong. Being a loyal customer, I was going to take him up on the offer (see above) to re-seed. I called and spoke with him and had a good lengthy conversation, he was pleasant. He informed me that he would be out within the week to re-seed my land. It has been a year and he still hasn't come to do the work we talked about. I used to refer everyone to this company--now now.  A call to say that he/they couldn't do the work would have been nice. Guess he/they do not value existing customers the way I thought they did!
