After our initial contact we had an awesome layout and 3D images of what out kitchen would look like. Jody Malm was awesome to work with. He was patient and understanding of our situation (insurance claim from a fire). He promptly came to the house to measure and ensure the plan would flow properly. His staff kept us informed of all updates from wood being ordered to handles arriving. He continued the excellent service by keeping us up to date with information on the stone contractors progress.
This was an awesome experience in the midst of a trying time for our family.

They are still in the process of finishing my kitchen. The work performed by pinnacle is gorgeous. I actually am having him make more cabinets for my family room. Jody is very easy to work with and his work is excellent.
