I spoke to a delightful young man, Cory who arrived promptly. He phoned to ask if it would be ok to start 30 minutes in advance of our agreed upon time. It was!!! I relayed that we had pets and showed him the specific areas I thought there might be issues. He cleaned thoroughly and left my home odor free!!

I hired Oxi Fresh to clean my carpets when I moved out of my rental. They were aware that I had dogs and cats and the carpets needed extra cleaning. He did a terrible job. My landlord had to re-clean the entire house and they charged me for it, despite the fact i told them i had cleaned and showed them the receipt. I called Oxi Fresh cleaner to complain and he never called me back. Then I called the Oxi-Fresh 1-800 number to tell them what happened. They would take no responsibility because the local Oxi Fresh is a franchise. They told me i would have to talk to the local guy and I told them he was unfriendly and would never call me back, which he did not do. He got his money so he didn't care. Horrible customer service.
