This guy said it would be a $200. service call to look at my hose bib and that would act as a deposite on any work done. He left and came back with the part and NO receipt or invoice. After the work was done he charged$450!! Over twice the estimate without talking about it. No receipts for work or parts. Very unprofessional.

"This guy tried to hire me for, ( Bordner Home Solutions ), Inc His name is Ron. He expected me to take on a project the day of his inquiry, on three separate occasions when Marv's Plumbing or other contractors had cancelled or rescheduled. Had no idea what plumbing had to be moved or rough time frame to perform work. He claimed he had over 17 years experience with the trades. I wish I had saved the pictures showing the site he claimed was ready for my work to start or the other ones with his idea of reroutes for new fixtures! Stay away from this guy!!"

Tim Olives and his son Orion did an excellent job replacing and installing my new water heater! Tim explained the process in significant detail and with great patience to insure my full understanding. He and his son worked long and hard, and they did an exceptional job at a reasonable price! Mr. Olivas installed a new Rheem gas H20 heater & the necessary additional parts. He checked everything carefully & clearly explained how it works. He hauled off the old equipment & left no mess. I recommend him highly.
