We liked their friendliness. They are highly professional and we loved that. They dress professionally and communicate professionally. We just bought a house and will be selling a house so we are actively working with them now. We didn't have to pay them because we are buying a house but they charge 6% when we are selling the house but it hasn't been sold yet.­­­

My overall experience with them was very positive! The guy showed me a variety of homes, the price range that I had stated, and the needs that I had. I must keep all of that in mind. He went out of his way, because I was on a short timeline to get the inspections lined up. At that time, the inspector was not available to do the inspections. We had problems meeting the timeline I needed, and he found me another lender that did the quote quicker. They were very responsive, because they responded to what my needs are.

They agents I have dealt with are very nice and very hardworking; they try to get me what I want. They are professional.
