The service technician, Tommy,showed up on time and fully prepared for the maintenance to be performed. Heating/air conditioning ducting was cleaned as advertised  and in a very professional manner, explaining each step during the procedure. We had asked for the dryer vent be cleaned as well, but upon further inspection the service technician indicated that the air flow through the drier vent was sufficient and that cleaning wasn`t necessary, thus saving us the additional maintenance cost.

Provided service in a punctual fashion. Professional behavior. Follow up request for information was treated respectfully and a full report was given.

I called Mighty Ducts for a free estimate and expected to wait weeks to see them because of the Winter Season. Luckily they managed to squeeze me in the very next day to give me an estimate. They came on time looked at my old furnace, counted all the vents and took pictures to show me how dirty everything had been. They were extremely quick, thorough and gave me an estimate of $420 but it dropped to $378 with a discount. When the day came the crew showed up 15 minutes early and were very professional, one even took his shoes off which was welcome. The cleaning took a little less then 2 hours and I could see the difference in the vents and hear the difference in the furnace when it turned on.
Overall the service was great, professional and well worth the cost.

The owner, Allen, came with one other employee. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They did the job carefully but they worked quickly too and were done much faster than I expected. The final price was true to the quote and he honored a discount coupon I had. Overall I had a good experience and I could tell the difference in the way my A/C operated right away. I would definitely use them again.

I spoke with Allen about having all my son's vents cleaned prior to the job. I was quoted $360 for 1600 square feet. They did not clean the dryer vent. I had to call them to come back out. They charged me and additional $65 for the dryer vent which is their normal fee for that. It was never disclosed to me. The first bill was for $378 with reflection of a discount. $18 over the original quote. They left a second bill for the dryer cleaning. They would not work with me on the additional fees added to the original estimate. They just told me it will stand as is with no changes.

They did fine and were very considerate and careful.

Excellent. Very professional crew, they actually arrived early and thoroughly explained the process before getting started.
I had a couple of questions while they were working and they were happy to answer them totally.

Excellent experience with this company. Called to have the chimney sweeped before the winter. They came out and set up. After the started, they said that it didn't really need it and that we should just wait until next year. I will call them for all our needs.

the men were prompt,, set up was a few minutes,, the cleaning went well,, you could tell they knew what they were doing... break down went just as swift. A+

It was an emergency, as I was freezing because the heat was not coming out of the registers. It was an apartment I had just moved into, and the maintenance man for the building kept arguing that there was nothing wrong with the registers, that it was because I wasn't used to the cold. After seven days of suffering in 60 degree temps, which I was not used to, I insisted that the manager send out someone and he finally did. A plumber came out and first checked the downstairs boiler. He then checked my registers. He said someone needed to come out and clean both registers, that the coils and openings were clogged with dirt and that was why the heat wasn't coming out. I thanked him and immediately called this company Mighty Ducts which the plumber recommended. They came out immediately, and cleaned both registers for a sum of $65 which I thought was quite reasonable. I then called the manager and asked to be reimbursed, although I would have paid for it myself if need be, because now, finally, I had heat! So I was very happy with the complete compassion and total professionalism of this company who helped me in a time of need, and did a great job. I have had terrific heat ever since with no problems, and that was a year and a half ago that this happened. I would recommend them to anyone. They are the best.
