They were early and eager to find and fix my problem. After some careful planning, due to my odd 100 year old house's layout, they fixed the problem quickly. Didn't think water pressure would be fixed, so that was great to get as well. Great work and I will call them again.

They are number one. They are very trustworthy and efficient. They are good people.

Randy Merritt sent out both a plumber and a sprinkler system guy. Working together they discovered a problem that I question would have been discovered without the two guys working together at the same time. The plumber also repaired a separate problem, and the sprinkler guy gave me a suggestion on a piece of work that could be done for not much money that would improve my outcomes. He was totally non-pressure, but I followed up and am going to have them do it.
I regret not using these guys more fully before and will do so now.

He did a good job figuring out what needed to be replaced and took his time to get the job right.
He even arrived about an hour early and asked if it was OK if he started early.

Logan is always very professional, and does excellent work. He installed a new outdoor faucet, and stopped the leak caused by the old one. Very satisfied customer!

From the time I called until the job was finished was about 2 hours. Any mess that was created was thoroughly cleaned up before they left.

Although he arrived slightly late, the work was expertly done, and I am a very pleased customer.

Called for service on a Sunday night and left a voice msg. First thing Monday morning I received a return call to schedule a visit for the following afternoon, Tuesday. The technician called early Tuesday morning to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could make it out early if I was available, unfortunately I was not. The plumber and his apprentice arrived at the house on time and ready to work. They promptly started locating the problem, cleaned out the unit, recommended a "fix" and also showed me a few things about the unit that I did not know about. They were very courteous and professional. I did end up paying more than expected, but for great service, I was willing to shell out the extra buck. SInce then we've had no problems and certainly would use Merritt again for suture work!

Logan did an amazing job of solving my problem. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and showed patience with the questions I asked. I would not hesitate to use Merritt Plumbing again if the need arises.

We throught it was a pressure valve on the holding tank - they changed it. Went to turn everything back on, the electrical wouldn't work. Our electrical guy came back out and said it must be something with the well. When the well problem was fixed, he installed the new pressure tank (this was 2 days later). All is holding up great!

The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He explained exactly what the problem was, why it happened and how his repair would prevent it from happening again. I asked if he recommended adding a shut-off valve for the outside water faucets, and he said he could if I wanted, but it really wasn't necessary.

They are a good company. They did what they said they were going to do and took care of us.

When they installed the sump pump in the basement closet they hung the pipe in the center of the closet leading to ground level and ran a pvc pipe about 10 out into my front yard. I had to call them to come back and modify the work. Also, they gave me an estimate to install a shower but never returned my calls to set up an installation date.

Very well, there were some delays due to damage to shower stall we purchased through home depot. Merritt accommodated the delay and worked around it. No problem.

The plumber that came out nice and professional. When called, the company was responsive to our request; we wanted a quote and work done the same day. They didn't need to come out first to give us a quote and then return at a later date, the service man did it all at once, a BIG A in my book! He even went a little further seeing that a "packing" on one of the lines needed replaced so he did it without charging. On time and quick to get good work done. All this and come to find out the plumber was bringing home a newborn that same day. WOW--now that's an appointment kept!
