We contacted through Angie'sList and Mary worked with us to answer questions regarding her service and work within our budget. She explained why they like to do a deep clean before beginning regularly scheduled cleanings and explained exactly what they would do for the deep clean. When they were done she did a follow up call and explained what they had got done and how they would approach for the next cleaning. We were pleased with the initial cleaning provided. Mary was also very prompt in returning emails/phone calls and answered all the questions we had. Scheduled a day/time that worked for our schedule and was prompt in arriving. Once they arrived there was no hesitation, they went right to work.

Did an excellent job. Carpets were so clean afterward I checked to see if they were shampooed. The cleaning crew were there for nearly 5 hours. Did an excellent and thorough job.

"I am very sorry if we ran behind schedule, we try to do our best in keeping our time accurate. But we believe to stay in each of our homes that we clean longer if it is necessary to do a great job for our customers. So our times can very each week, depending on how dirty the house is that week. Also, I never knew that we broke anything, you didn't contact me. If we did brake anything I am truly sorry! It can diffently happen. I asked the girls after I read your comments, and they said they don't remember braking anything in your home. Please call me and let me know, my girls would like to know also! We appreciate your business, and we want to make it right? We take pride in what we do! Thank-you!"

"I am sorry that you felt this way, when we finished cleaning your house you said you where happy with the cleaning. As far as things missing you said we threw away your empty medicine bottles, empty milk jugs. I am so sorry for throwing them away. I want to make sure every customer is happy. I always am very happy with the service that I receive. My house always sparkles when the cleaning is complete. Mary always works with me if I have to change my regular cleaning day on occasion. All her employees are polite and professional and very hard workers. If I ever have a problem with the services that are performed, which almost never happens, she always makes sure it gets corrected very quickly. I Have been her customer for almost 2 years now and do not plan on changing providers anytime in the future.

The ladies from Mary's Cleaning were great. Mary came and gave a fair estimate and detailed all they would do. Her crew showed up just as promised and worked so hard. When they finished the house was spotless and beautiful. Mary came and checked that all was done properly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend this cleaning service for regular and special cleaning.

They came home and gave an estimate first. Their housecleaning was fine. There were two people who came during the first visit but during the second visit one of the girls were different. I don’t think they have regular people. I think they have a problem keeping regular people. I would want the same people every week or every two weeks to come and clean the house. I don’t want to tell the new person what they have to do. I would like to get familiar with them so maybe eventually I don’t have to be home when they are cleaning the house. They were very nice and friendly. During the first visit both the girls were professional and the second time they came there was one girl who was the same girl that I like but the other girl I don’t feel she took as much care when she touched or moved my furniture. She moved the wine rack and a bottle of wine fell off. She was not as professional as the other person. Their services were fine. I was not dissatisfied. They were good and called. I have heard that the other girl is no longer with them anymore.

"I try to use the same crew each time they come and clean, unfortunately I had a employee who called in sick, so I had to send in another girl that day. I did not want to cancel your service that day so I sent another girl to help clean, I do have regular employees, Thank-you for your business!"
