The rough-in completed, no issues with quality. The bill, however, was outrageous. The contractor was fired and replaced. Shop around. Make sure to get an estimate if you choose to work with LK.

Made an appt. on Tuesday for Friday morning. Plumber was right on time. He immediately went to work to determine the problem. I had no cold water coming out. He turned off my water and took the faucet apart. He could see the washer had deteriorated and come apart and jammed into the valve. It took a few minutes to dig out the washer. Then he replaced washers on both faucets, put everything back together and caulked around the flanges(?) next to the tile. He did a great job, and was done in less than an hour. The bill was reasonable, too. Also, I was impressed he was paying attention to my job, not talking on his cell phone.

I called at 8am, they said they would have someone out about 10am. A few minutes after 10, the plumber called and said he was still a few minutes north of town and would be there in 20 minutes. Once he got there, he fixed the problem in about 45 minutes.

EXCELLENT! I called late on a Wednesday with a broken toilet flapper (which meant we have to take the lid of the tank and manually pull the chain in order to flush). They were able to fit us in first thing on Thursday.He showed up on time, was very professional, yet friendly. He didn't waste any time. And most importantly, he didn't leave a mess. I had left some extra towels in case water needed to be cleaned up and you never would have even know he had been there, except everything was working! I will definitely use this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Great start to finish! Change orders were not an issue, we made decisions as a team! Please note my father-in law was a plumbing contractor in the SF Bay area, and although I am a person who generally knows what I want, I also know when to take the advice of an expert.

They needed to re-vent or install all traps on all sinks in a home just purchased due to prior homeowner not investing in a Professional Plumber, They also had to re-set both toilets. All due to improper installation from prior owners.1949
