It went very well-they took very good care of my little dog. I just wish the individual kennels were larger and that they had longer and more time there with the pets. The staff was very corteous and accomodating.

They are very plesant to deal with and do a very credible job trimming our Cairn Terrier. He is ready to come home on time and we have no complaints.

DISGUSTING!! I am thoroughly disappointed with this boarding facility. This is not the first time I've used this business for animal boarding but it certainly will be the last! While making the reservation via phone was pleasant, the service was horrible. I understand that to some people pets are of a lower class and should be treated...like animals. However, I think that if a person is willing to pay good money for a business to care for a pet, then more than average care should be taken. I dropped off my 2 dogs and 1 diabetic cat for 3 nights. When I arrived a man who I assumed worked there didn't;t even greet us pleasantly. HE took the care instructions [again] that had already been provided. Grabbed the dog leashed away from me and took the dogs straight to a kennel, by which are WAY TO SMALL for 2 dogs. When he returned, I asked if I could take a few toys and blankets back, he hesitated, but I walked to the back anyway. As I ventured past oversized dogs in small pens, I was appalled. Now, if I hadn't had a plane to catch 1.5 hrs away, I would have certainly turned right around and taken my pets home. I then proceeded to give my dogs 3 toys, of which 0 were given back when asked. When I returned back up front, I informed then gentleman that the senior dog had hip issues and needed a blanket, he would not allow me to provide one, but stated they would give her one.

I then turned to hand over my diabetic cat with her special food and insulin. As I proceeded to filely a female back to the 'cat room' when the woman opened the door a stench of dirty litterboxes and what seemed like to be 100 flies hit me like a brick wall. It was thoroughly disgusting! There were 2 cats running the room openly and dirty dished all over the counter. I was very hesitant when I saw the condition of the room, however the kennel that my cat went into seemed to be clean.

When I picked the pets up, the exterior of the facility smelled horrible because they were storing feces in a bin right outside the front door. When my dogs were brought to me I detected that something was wrong, they weren't their normal hyper selves and just wanted to bee-line for the door I asked for the toys, the personnel couldn't find any toys in the kennel or outside. They then brought the cat to me and then told me that instead of giving the cat her dry diabetic cat food, they gave her a wet food they had on hand because they wanted her to eat everything all at once instead of a few kernels at a time. I was and still am very upset about this. If they thought it was a problem, they should have called me first, isn't that why they take phone numbers?!?!

I don't know if they are under new management or if there are new employees, but this facility has gone way down hill.
In the end, I am 1 week out from the boarding and I have 2 dogs with a slight cough and runny nose and 1 cat with a upper res. infection and diarrhea. I gave this boarding facility a 'D' only because I at least got my pets back alive. I think I overpaid for the unhealthy care and services of my 3 pets who are members of my family.
