Lawn Service
Crew showed up over 2 hours later than scheduled (were supposed to arrive in morning, didn't until after 2pm). Work was good, but someone from the crew left a cigarette butt on my patio. Left bill in my mailbox, (as I couldn't wait around all day for them), but no address to send the check to. Unbelievably unprofessional!
