From the start we were very happy with his responsiveness. He's easy to work with. However, what really impressed us is the excellent craftsmanship, and the attention to detail. Jeff carefully followed through on everything we wanted, and as a result our building is gorgeous! He also did a great job navigating between two owners with different opinions and strong wills. He communicated promptly and consistently, and always made sure to ask what our preferences would be in handling any situation that came up. He was a bit more expensive, but he was also very attentive to the budget, and actually managed to save us money in some areas, so we were able to do a few things we wouldn't have. He handled surprises (there are always surprises in old buildings) quickly and effectively. I would definitely work with him again--in fact, I am going to hire him to do work on my house this fall. I strongly recommend him to anyone.

They're fantastic. My wife is happy so I'm happy. She picked out new cabinets and countertops and handled it all. The kitchen and bathroom are done. The garage is getting wrapped up as we speak. He's been great. His quotes have been exact. His professionalism has been good. My wife likes them and she hates all construction people. She just have been very happy with them. We haven't had any complaints with this guy.

I was looking for a person to remodel our home here in Cheyenne. A local painter recommeded Jeff and got the three (Jeff, My wife and Myself)of us together to talk about how things would be done and what we where looking for. Jeff worked great with my wife and handled things in a very professional way and made everybody involved work to standards of a professional craftman. Everitt Construction is not the cheapest around town and I did get another bid that was a little cheaper, but we felt Jeff was our man. The work was fantastic and Jeff and the crew worked very well with the two of us. Today we have a remodeled home up to standards and we are very happy we hired J. L. Everitt Construction.
