Integrity is a local company and was founded upon one majior principle, we believe so much in it we made it our company name. Integrity. We live here, our families lives here. I want to look every one in the eyes when I see you out in public. I know that we may not always be perfect, but we will always make it right. I was born in Laramie and raised in Cheyenne. I graduated from Cheyenne East High and attended The University of Wyoming. We use only local subs and look to keep our money in this community.

Same as above. Not happy with the company at all. Would never hire them again. Do not return phone calls, do not show up when they are suppose to and the job done was not satisfactory.

Horrible!!! The work is of poor quality and will have to be replaced. The company just failed to finish the work with no notice. It took almost a month to get ahold of anyone with the company after leaving repeated messages with both partners. When I finally did get a response, it was from a partner who had since pulled out from the company. He agreed to return what was left of my downpayment and 'stood by work already completed.' I was able to recover less than half of the money owed me with promises the rest would be coming. I am still waiting. As for the other partner, Chuck Wheeler, he shut off all phone numbers and cannot be found. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM IF HE SHOWS UP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!

Their products and skills were really great. It was hard to contact them at times. I would recommend them to others and say they have to be more persistent in contacting them.

Integrity Is very friendly and professional. They all wear the same shirts and hats. They give a free estimate. Then they have a formal contract for even my small job. They did the job quickly and were very clean. They asked what my dream was. I dont know if thats normal but I liked it. They worked with my schedule and I never saw them work. I love these boys!

They put a main floor laundry addition on for us. It is so nice! My husband thought I was crazy for asking for the huge pantry but now we cant get enough. Luke, Chuck, and their subs were simply a pleasure to work with. They did every thing over kill to exceed our expectations. They are my 1 call shop from now on. Thanks guys.

I read the other reviews and I am not sure what happened in their case but our experience was excellent. They have done 4 different jobs for my wife and I and we are thrilled. Our neighbor that had Integrity stamp and stain their porch referred us to them. I saw their porch on the web site. Any ways, we met with Chuck and Luke to show them all of our projects. They asked a lot of questions and measured every thing. They got back to us quickly and went through a very professional proposal. They even gave me my own folder to keep our papers in. They have been very good about returning our calls, even on some weekends if they were working. Luke seems to be the one answering most of the time but Chuck seems to catch the brunt when Luke is out. I would recommend them to any one looking for a fair deal done right. An exceptional company aptly named.

Initial contact was great with Chuck and Luke. Great stories and pictures of other work performed. Their concrete stamper (Arnie), is awesome. Fabulous work by Arnie! After contract was signed communication was difficult. We were told to call anytime of the day and week. Although they may not answer we were assured that a return call would be made, usually within the hour. Ha! Luke rarely answered his phone and messages to call were not timely. Chuck almost always answered although he wasn't over our project so he couldn't provide too much information and deferred to Luke. No problem, we understand that but, we needed Luke to call. There was a he said she said several times during the project leaving us to wonder who to believe. We were told by a sub-contractor that he never heard from Luke about certain issues but, Luke would tell us that he spoke to the sub-contractor. Who to believe? A truck was driven through our neighbor's yard to gain access and rutted the area. Several days later we saw our new neighbors looking at the ruts. What a way to meet your neighbors for the first time. Overall the project came out great but, there was a lack of comminucation between subs and us. We didn't appreciate being left in the dark about the progress of work. What was to be a 2 week project was 5 weeks due to bad weather which is understandable however, an occassional call would be nice.

These people had better pick a new name because they don't understand the meaning of INTEGRITY. I hired them to help move some items and remove 2 couches from my basement in Laramie. The main need was the couches because I could not get them out myself. They did NOT finish the job, they left the couches in the basement. BUT they promised to return and remove the couches for $25 the following Tuesday. They no showed. So I spent 2 weeks calling them every couple days and sent several emails as well, all to be ignored and avoided. I finally called from a friends phone #, which they returned the call (since they didn't recognize my friends #) and told her they would come out on Thursday to "reevaluate" the situation and determine when/if they can remove the couches (IF! after they promised to do it!) Then my tenant (who wants the couches removed and I have been trying to make it happen) calls them herself! and they tell her they are booked until June and that they never said they would be out on Thursday to reevaluate. AND that it would take 3-4 hours to do and they would charge $50/hr! BEWARE!!! These people make promises they DO NOT keep and they will BOLD FACE LIE TO YOU!!!!

"I hope the member found someone to help her out. We took the job to try to help her out. The rental unit was a health hazard as it had been used for animal boarding. We took 2 trailer loads from the house and barn. The only thing not taken was the couch. Our rate was $45/hr. as in her review we only charged 2 hrs. because we could not get the couch. We informed her we would not accept another job at the residence. She had a friend call us and pose as the new tenant after we repeatedly told her no. I asked that they did not contact us again. It was a bad place to be stuck but I realy hope she got that couch out."
