Everything was replaced but the furnace pipe vent.  I had to call twice to get it done.

We had Inman Roofing replace the hail damaged roof on our home.  They were prompt, courteous, and very reasonably priced.    Their follow-up was excellent. I felt we were in very good hands.

Very well, good communication, worked quickly and efficiently in 2 days and crew was concerned about safety and clean up.

Heck, I manage properties all over Wyoming and Colorado. With all the hail and wind history I have worked with many roofers. This Billy Meyer was the key guy. He did it just like he said he would and not one leak or loose bis. We stayed on schedule and he communicated very well with what was happening at the time. Simple. No issues. No drama. Awesome

When I called I was told it would be several weeks before they could come out. Then I was told that they could start on Monday. They were there promptly, the work was completed on time and the site was left clean.

The roof was installed per FHA inspection when I bought the house. They left a horrendous mess including trashcans. I picked up nails for 6 months. After the 1st rain I had have them come back to clean out my gutters. They were so packed with debris that the water went over the top of the gutters.

Inman came in with the best bid. Initially, we ordered a Malarkey product and they loaded the roof with the product when we realized that what we had decided upon was not our best plan. They took the change gracefully, helped us order the shingle change and got them installed just before the winter weather set in. We found them easy to work with although we had some observations, below:
1) The office is not the and quot;upscaleand quot;, user-friendly place that, for example, Capital Roofing was. It is, honestly a bit grimy, and the product is not shown to advantage. We found that we did best to do our own research and to visit the local wholesaler, Fowler and Peth, for samples. However, we were willing to do that, and we assumed that the marketing showrooms in the other establishment were part of why their estimates were $1-2000 higher.
2) Inman seems to have done a good, fast and timely installation. When they were done, we borrowed their nail magnet and very thoroughly searched our own property within about 6 yds of the house. We were glad we did so! We live on prairie and have a gravel driveway. We found a 1 lb coffee can full of nails. Now, we do not believe that all of these were from Inmans. As far as we know, some could have been from earlier roofing and siding projects. However, we do absolutely recommend doing a thorough nail scan yourself with the big magnet.

The job seems to be adequately done. When I agreed to send a payment of $10,000 which Dan Inman agreed would be accepted as payment in full, Dan reneged and he tried to sue me for the interest, miscellaneous expenses and attorney's fees that he added onto the bill. This was after I made my last payment, which Dan had agreed to accept as payment in full. In a nutshell Dan lied.
