The equipment showed up on time... Companies equipment has broke down on us during several different rentals. The last piece of equipment broke down and had us trying for an hour and a half to get it working again. Upon calling the company and letting them know what happened I ended up talking to their GM Chance Bibler... who proceeded to tell me that after using the equipment for most the day with no problems that it was my problem and hung the phone up on me offering NO customer service. Also looking on the internet to see what people were saying about this company I discovered that Chance Bibler has written several 5 star reviews on the company he is the GM of. We werent in anyway disputing the hours put on the machine, we were only trying to let them know that their machine malfunctioned on us AGAIN and we would like some sort of good offering since we had tried many time to forgive and work with their machines that are NOT well maintained. We are quite experienced in the machines we use and our other offices use the same machine trained by the same guy... no problems there!
