Their sub foreman didn't oversee the crew to the extent I thought they should. They poured the foundation and he was not there to make sure they poured it correctly. They didn't pour it correctly. They had to, instead of putting a door end, they just left a wall there that they had to come back and cut out later. The crews didn't show up when they were supposed to show up. The price for what I got out of it was not reasonable to me in the end. For what I got I have to fight for everything to be fixed that wasn't done right. When they poured the foundation, they poured the foundation several inches off where it was supposed to be. I had to argue with them on how they're going to correct that. In the end, I got what I needed for the most part. Some of the subcontractors kind of got off my personal tools. They never made that right. They basically made me feel like they were doing me a favor by trying to correct stuff all known to like first time. They were not so good. C is being gracious.
