Everything went very well.  We experienced an issue with the framing and they corrected the issue immediately and brought in another crew.   After the home was built any issues that came up, they were there to fix them.  No issues, however, I have not needed them since.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED HEARTLAND CONSTRUCTION, AND I AM JUST AS PLEASED THIS TIME AS I WAS THE FIRST TIME.THE BATHROOM IS IN THE BASEMENT, AND THEY WERE CAREFUL ABOUT PROTECTING THE CARPET AND THE FURNITURE IN THE FAMILY ROOM THROUGH WHICH THEY HAD TO PASS TO REACH THE BATHROOM. THEY REMOVED THE WALL PAPER ,THE CEILING TILE, VANITY AND STALL SHOWER WHICH WERE ALL IN BAD SHAPE. THE NEW STALL SHOWER IS NOW USEABLE AND CLEAN WITH A HAND HELD SHOWER HEAD.
I PURCHASED THE VANITY, CABINET AND TWO LIGHT FIXTURES. I ALSO PAID TO TO HAVE THE CARPET REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH TILE FLOORING IN THE THE BATHROOM AND THE HALL LEADING TO THE ROOM. IT IS A REAL PLEASURE TO STEP INTO THIS ROOM NOW.

Remodeled 2 Bathrooms They Were great.

I didn't end up using them, but that was no faults of their own. The little interaction I had with them was great. He was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We had a family member who just do the circumstances of being a contractor and temporarily out of work. We went with him just for some family loyalty, but it was nothing against Heartland. They are prompt, efficient, and courteous.

We wanted the work done at a specific time while we were on vacation. When we arrived home everything was completed and looked great. We had a walk through inspection to ensure our satisfaction and i added a couple of additional items and one minor correction. the work was performed immediately. Jim Woods stayed in constant contact and responded promptly. His crew was also very professional. I would recommend Heartland for anything from minor home repairs to building a new home.

i was completely pleased with the work, and i will use this company again. i would also recommend them to my friends.

I would definitely recommend them. They came when they said they would and they did what they said they would.

I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE UP DATE JOB DONE IN MY KITCHEN BY HEARTLAND BUILDERS. THEY WERE PROMPT, POLITE AND WELL TRAINED. I WILL BE SURE TO CALL THEM AGAIN WHEN I AM READY FOR MORE WORK TO BE DONE. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL TO PROTECT MY PERGO FLOORS AND LEFT MY HOME CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE?

Heartland Home Builders just finished my basement remodel. These guys were fantastic! They went above and beyond every step of the way. My house is 32 years old and was full of surprises and they just rolled with the punches and made everything right. They were a fun group of guys, courteous, clean and honest. When I was calling around trying to find a contractor I felt so overwhelmed! Some companies flat out told me they wouldn't do 'remodels', others were so cheap it seemed like a joke and another treated me poorly because I look quite younger than I am. Not these guys! From the get-go they treated me with respect, gave me a good honest price and kept me in the loop on everything. I honestly don't think there is enough space here for me to go on about how happy I am with this company!!! It took them 8 business days to do my remodel, which was 3 days longer than they said but it was because they either ran into unforeseen issues with something in my house or I asked for additional things to be done. They came and did the job and left the work area clean every evening and did a great clean-up job before they finished for good. I will and have recommended this business to friends and/or family! With all the horror stories these days where contractors are taking people's money and leaving before the job is completed, you can rest assured that will not be your story if you hire these guys! They don't require any payment until the job is complete and I promise you will be more than satisfied with their work!

HEARTLAND HOMES TORE MY KITCHEN APART AND HAD THE NEW ONE IN IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS! Pretty good considering what a huge job it was! They would have had it done in 2 weeks but the floor people didn;t show up.(I Had contracted them separately-big mistake and another story) Very fast and good!
