Dawn does a great job with my hair. We always discuss my cut and color before she begins. She makes suggestions concerning color and cut to make sure that I like the finished look. Everyone in the shop is very friendly. Great prices too!

Tyrone is awesome! He does an amazing job blending and matching colors. One time I thought I'd do highlights myself and needless to say messed it up royally. He fixed it beautifully without chewing me out for the mess and made me feel and look like a model. He always makes me feel and look beautiful! Sometimes he runs behind, but I usually call before my appointment to ask if he's running behind and if he is I just run errands before or leave my house a little later. No problem. I book the last appointment of the day so we have plenty of time to chat, as he's a great guy to get to know, (and his wife and family are great people also).

Hats Off Hair Salon works with you to get the cut that you want and that fits your lifestyle. The experiences have been very good. They are very friendly and they do really well with the kids. When the kids want something really strange they are able to reason with them. Dawn always cuts my hair, but everyone else there knows our names and chat with us too. They are all friendly. Usually they are really good with punctuality, but once in awhile they are behind.
