Haller's Repair

Horrible experience. Jim talked to me like I was dumb because I don’t know about cars. He charged me $320 to replace a battery. My bad for not knowing better I guess. They also broke the window on our car so it won’t roll up or down and when I called to ask about it he told me that it wasn’t his problem and said if I wanted it fixed I had to pay for it. Their shop broke the window and did not even tell me. They put a note on the window so we had to find out when we went to drive the vehicle home. Jim is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not use this shop.

My Engin oil was leaking. So I took it to them. Jim gave me an estimate of $450.00 and told me that it will be ready by the end of the day. I have waitied and waited but they never call me, at the end of the day. They should have called me and let me what is going on. Obviously I will be worried. Anybody can understand that but it seems like this people are so much unprofessional that it did not come in their mind that the client might be worried. They just left for the day with out telling me / calling me about anything. I have no idea how this people/ business got A rating. This unprofessional people does not even deserve B rating. I will never come to this people. This people are gready and extremely unprofessional.

They are diesel specialists. Excellent work!

Obviously it went great. Jim gave me a print out of the minor problems and my new/used truck pulled a 14000 pound trailer up the summit with no problem.

I droped off my jeep at 9am, they drove me to work, picked me up at work at 12pm and brought be back to a fix vechial with low cost! Good shop.

I took my car to Haller's Repair after finding them on Angie's List. They had an A rating. I needed my fuel pump replaced and had received a quote from the dealer for over $850. Haller's quoted half that price. It took my car in on Friday and it was ready on Monday. The price was exactly as quoted and the parts used were genuine NAPA with a warranty. I was quite impressed how friendly the staff was. Both Jim and James were very courteous and explained everything about the repair. Haller's Repair definitely deserves it's A rating. It impressed me as being a good, old-fashioned neighborhood garage. They aren't into flashy service bays and spotless uniforms that denote image over substance. They are real oil-under-the-fingernails grease-monkeys (in the best sense of the word) who obviously enjoy their work and also enjoy making their customers happy. I will definitely come back as well as recommend them to friends.

They did an outstanding job. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate. Everything was first class.

These folks do all of our large diesel repair and because of their great work we use them for most of our general fleet service and and repair. Quick and complete work at a comparable or slightly higher labor rate. Considered one of the top diesel shops in Cheyenne. We also see many motor homes being worked on in the shop and had not heard any complaints about their work. A busy shop and normally the work will need to scheduled in advance.
