It went fine, very helpful and friendly. The only thing that bothered me is when I dropped my vehicle off and picked it up the customer service people that assistant you didn't seem overly happy to help. I stood there why a bunch of employees stood around and talked instead of helping me. The same thing happened when I picked the vehicle up. Seems like they could speed up the experience if they helped customers faster.

My lincoln navigator stopped running out of no where, no check engine light, no sign of problem, just quit. Lincoln dealer / shop at halladay motor said they could look at it the next morning, so we towed it and dropped it off. next morning they called and advised battery was dead, after they got it charged and vehicle moved into garage, they diagnosed the engine was fried and would need complete replacement. Quoted me $10,000 for everything to be done but advised me IF I gave permission, they could tear it apart and find out if this was a manufacture malfunction which caused the burnout, or if it was just normal use, and if it was manufacture, price would be covered by lincoln. So I agreed. about 4 days later they called back to advise it was manufacture and they could have engine and block replaced paid by lincoln! I was so happy and relieved and thankful. They said it would take a few weeks. About 2 weeks later they called and advised almost done but when replacing engine and block, it's recommended to also put new thermostat in and guages, so it would be like having all new vehicle. price quoted $340. I agreed. Called me a week later advising my vehicle was ready. upon pickup, it was washed, cleaned, looked detailed on the inside, very nice, and running smootly. paid exactly what was quoted. So thankful, had I not taken it here, I never would have known it could be covered by lincoln.
