This place treats there customers and Breeders like crap. They are unwilling to say they made a mistake. The owner and Office Manager are arrogant if you were asked to talk to the owner that's impossible because she won't return your calls I have spent two to $4,000 there in the last 2 years and yes I am a breeder we took our Great Dane in because we had to place her with a loving home we asked for a health certificate and they refuse to you to say that they had seen that the dog had been immunized because they did not do the shot my wife has and my wife is breeding Danes for over 29 years they just really made us both feel like they know more about the Law and they really don't Save yourself the heartache and frustration and go to clinic that cares about their customers we have had C-section done and a neuter that they messed up on and even tried to make us pay for more after we had did the procedure but I refused

They are more of a next-door neighbor than a vet. They are pretty cordial and I think they are okay. But we had an incident that we couldn't get a hold of them when they were supposed to be there so we called another place.

They're really good, but they are probably the most expensive in the area.

Their price varies and we spend from $100 to $500 in a month with them. They take good care of our animals and they know our animals. They have taken care of them for 15 years and their pricing is equal to others.

Took dog in for exam on hurt r-f leg. Vet came in, did not introduce himself, never told us what he was doing, took dog in back, 40 min. later his assistant came out and said he was finishing up on a splint and would be out soon. 10 min later the Vet comes out and explains about 4 x-rays an the splint, never discussing cost. Then said if splint did not work would probably have to fuse our dogs wrist, then told us we could pay at desk and walked out. The front desk then hit us with a $450.00 bill. After contacting our old Vet in Florida (we just moved to Wyoming one month earlier) they said there was little or no reason to consider fusing our dogs leg. We will not be using this Vet again.

I just moved to the area, and barely got the animals history sent to them before I needed an after hours emergency visit. I live 40 miles away, and they waited for me to get there. Had a second emergency at the same time! They were WONDERFUL. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Dr. was busy, but took time to explain things, and did an excellent job. They had a great set up for horses - and round the clock care. Awesome.

We have used a few vets in Cheyenne and hands down Frontier is the most professional and caring staff we have encountered. Two of our animals we had to put down through them and they were so caring and even sent us in the mail a cast of their footprints for us to keep in their memory. And when caring for our boxer who is really picky on who she likes, it was evident when she was excited to go to the vet that they really love animals there. It is a little more costly then some other places( not by a lot) but in my opinion it is worth it if my animals are being cared for in a loving way.
