He provided appropriate guidance for the project, did all the work himself and was a real pleasure to work with. Everything went according to plan, and we were very satisfied with the result.

Rich was great to work with! He attends to detail, which I appreciate, and was sensitive to working around working hours of the people who rent office space from me. He noticed electrical and plumbing details that needed to be checked and brought in experts to attend to these.
