+ 0 moreHas not gone well. At this point I do not even know of we will ever be able to move into the house we have under contract.
Description of Work: In the process of trying to get a mortgage form First National Bank of Wyoming. They have not been receiving the information they need because they wait until the last minute to ask for it. We have miss our closing date once already. We have received e-mails at 3:30 p.m. on Fridays to come in and give them information or sign papers they need. When we asked them if they need something, they tell us no and then the next week they need the information we tried giving them the week before. They do not call you when you ask them to call and not email. They said they got employment verification but come to find out they received it over the phone and they need a paper filled out. These people do not care about their clients. They take a day off after they tell you they are going to do something that day. It is nice to know that they have a house to live in and don't care that we do not have a house to live in. I would not recommend anyone ever use this bank for a home loan.

+ -1 moreI have been a customer of First National Bank since I first moved to Cheyenne in December of 2009. They have the most excellent customer service. The employees are above and beyond the terms of friendly, helpful, considerate and professional. So far for me, all of their services have been free. The staff is the most considerate, kind and helpful group of people I have ever run into in my long career of being a bank customer. I have had bank accounts at hundreds of banks across the United States, and I can say without hesitation, that this is the best bank I have ever used. I would recommend them to anyone for any service.
Description of Work: Setting up checking account, safety deposit box, POD services, etc.
